We'll do our best. If she can't find one you like, theres the option of waiting for another shipment that has one that you do like, trading it for something else or refund. We just wasn't to get to the root of the problem and resolve it.

Anybody who are haivng PVUK handle wiiggle problem send the knife back to HI for replacement or refund,
