Wow, you have peaked my curiosity.... would you explain your process for us? I mean if you're doing this level of work WITHOUT "a real belt grinder", what the heck are you using??? Because I want whatever it is, and I want lessons on it! :D

Brother, you need to check out his website. There's stuff on there that blows this big blade away!
 
I cannot recall the last time I said that someone was 'gifted' because of its significance, but after looking at your website, you are the most gifted knife designer I have ever seen - truly unique in the blend of function and art - and you even HT by BOS and say so which means that you don't let your ego rule you.

I wish I could afford your 18" knife and congratulate whoever buys it.
 
Thanks a lot guys, Feels so great to get some support, this is the only place I can get it.

Jarret: I use a manual mill for thumb notches and handle pattern, I use a Kalamazoo doe the grinds (its a piece of shit) takes me a ridiculous amount of time to finish the grinds, and I use a CNC for engraving. I spend most of my time hand sanding
