n state of OH, in order for me to sell a furearm in ftf transaction, I don't need to do FFL transfer. Both parties must have valid OH ID, be 21 or older and not be prohibited by Law to own firearm.

A lot of that could have been explained up front in the first post to save us all the extra effort. Good luck with your sale.
