Vintage 1960's Saut Ouvert Rare French Made 9 1/2" Black Swedge Drop Point Button Open Button Close Automatic Switchblade Flick Knife

$220 OBO That price includes shipping with tracking. I have only seen this same knife in stock at one place Auto knife.com it is priced at $399.00.

This rare french made switch blade has some real kick hold on tight. Makes modern day switches like protech feel soft like charmin when firing compared to this monster. They don't build them like they used too. This is a very hard to find rare collectors piece from the 1960's.

This is just Magnificent! Truly A Must For A REAL French Knife Collector!

Superb French Switchblade.
Mirror Polished Swedge Drop Point Blade
Brass Liners, Button and Hardware
Push Button with Sliding Safety.
Overall Length: 9 1/2"
Blade Length: 4 1/4"
Closed Length: 5 1/4"
Tang is Stamped: BTE SGDG

“BTE = S.G.D.G.“ which means: BREVETE S.G.D.G. (sans garantie du gouvernement) a long obsolete mark used in France from 1844 which some say absolved the government from any responsibility should the object malfunction, but means "patent without government guarantee"

Must use pay pal or direct money order. Knives are brand new and in the box never carried.

Price for each knife includes Priority shipping with tracking and any Pay Pal fees. Must sign for package upon delivery of knife.

Not buying, just wanted to add,

Saut Ouvert means literally, "Jump Open"

Just didn't know they called Autos that in French.
