Thanks everyone, and yes I apologize for resurrecting a 6 year old thread. I would of posted here first, but I kept being accused of being a spammer when I tried to register. Im tempted not to use it as suggested, but the knife has a great weight to it and even dull is fun to use. I'll probably find a replacement. Thx for the advise.

Nice leather spacer barrel nut. Put some Johnsons Paste wax on the spacers. It will keep them from deteriorating further. You can use it on your leather sheath as well.
