I was just given a guitar by my uncle, so I'm gonna make some room by letting this guitar go.

This is a late 60's LG1 acoustic guitar. Guitar shows lots of wear, but is in very good playing condition. After I bought this, I took it to an amazing luthier and had him totally re-work the guitar. He reset the neck, and tightened up some other structural stuff. The neck shows the wear, but is tight and solid, and action is low and comfortable. Though it has scars, this guitar plays like a dream. I've installed a K&K Pure Western Mini microphone pickup which sounds incredible (it's what I've installed in all my guitars). Guitar will come with a chipboard case.

Not 100% on where to price it, so I'll start at $850 including shipping or might be open to trades.

Serial number isn't visible. Not sure if it's stamped on the underside of the top or what. I figured date by talking to Gruhn guitars and discussing specific guitar characteristics.

The serial # would typically be either on an orange sticker on the inside of the guitar visible thru the soundhole, or stamped in the wood at the top back of the headstock. Hope this helps. Marc

Yeah, I've got a few other vintage Gibsons. I'm not sure if this one had the tag and it fell out, or had a stamp that's just faded.
