Carbon steel not stainless

Someone was just kind enough to correct me (Thanks Bull!). All of the knives for sale should be CV, in the 70's they were unless marked otherwise

I'll be honest and admit that outside of knowing roughly the market value of these, I know very little about knives.
 
If you look at the edges of the scales closest the back spring and liners, delrin or plastic will have a consistent color and bone should look like it is porous where the dye soaked in but not evenly. Probably with a flashlight. I just looked at a few and it worked on mine. Good luck:)
