I'am a fixed blade collector, a friend ask me for my help to place a value on this case. I've looked in the BIG BOOK OF POCKET KNIVES BY STEWART&RITCHIE WITH NO LUCK. Can any one help me?

Yep, Nifrand is right about valve. Those knives were nice, I only wished it was a lock back. Always thoght I'd lose a finger if it snapped shut.
