1990 or 1987 ? cripple creek question

The main blade of this whittler says susquehanna knife collectors association 1 of 28 1990. the 2 smaller blades are stamped 87. Is this normal for cripple creek to do? Would you consider this a 1990 0r 1987 knife ? Thanks in advance

1987 is the year the knife was made. First year they were made in old Fort, TN. (After leaving lockport, Illinois).

1990 is a personalized etch for the knife club. The susquehanna knife collectors association most likely in 1990, purchased a lot of 28 of these ('87) knives, and had them etched and given to their participating members as club keepsakes.
