1990 Remington R1306 question

Can anyone give me any information on the Remington 1990 R1306 knife? Such as, who made it? Was it Camillus? What steel was used? Are they worth buying?
Any info is greatly appreciated.

Camillus, 440A, Derlin Plasti-stag, worth about $35-50. Nice knives, not as fancy as other models of this type, but is a very good carry knife or collectible.

These are a great size for a general work lockback, and very comfortable in hand. Most I've seen were well put together also with good fit, finish is a bit plain.
