This is a Stag Whittler, with 3 blades & 2 back springs. 35 of these were used as the "Lake Michigan Region" NKCA annual knife in 1995 from what I understand. The blade is etched accordingly and there's a logo medallion recessed in the stag. They were also engraved with numbers on the bolster. This one is #1!
