I was inspired by a thread in the tinkering and maintenance forum on Edge Pro Apex sharpeners to finally break down and buy one. I went with the deal offered by 1sharpknife that included an extra 120 grit stone.

Within two days it was at my door via USPS Priority Mail. That has to be the best service I have ever gotten. I think it's the most immediate gratification I have ever gotten from an online purchase. I highly recommend 1sharpknife.
