I'm expecting a package tomorrow from 1SKS. In it are a few folders and a fixed blade, carry knife. It would take me about an hour to explain the sequence of events leading up to this point in time, but suffice to say that it got really complicated for a while.

I had placed an order, then canceled it, but reordered something else in its place, then added to that order, then added another order to the pot for good measure. Confused yet? It was a goat rope of biblical proportions and, I'm ashamed to admit, all my fault. I'm normally not such a putz to deal with, but my lust for knives seemed to go out of control when I got some money in my pocket.

Anyway, Mike stayed calm throughout the whole ordeal and never batted an eye. When I'd call him, I kept expecting him to call me an a$$h@le and tell me to take a hike (that's what I would have done). Instead, he made the adjustments to my order, gave me a status on what was coming / what was in stock, and thanked me for my business.

Thanks Mike. You are truly a class act. I'm sorry if I drove you back to the ulcer medication. My future purchases will be a lot easier to deal with, I PROMISE
