1st and 3rd knives/feedback would be appreciated

Let me know what you think guys. I've had thee hardest time with my plunge lines, but improving for sure. Any thoughts or criticism is welcome.

1st knife
1/8" o-1 tool steel heat treated to 58/59 rc
6 5/8" OAL
2 7/8" cutting edge w/ flat grind
box elder burl handle w/ 1/8" brass pins

2nd knife
5/32" 1084 from Aldo heat treated to 58/59
7 3/4" OAL
3 1/2" cutting edge/ unsharpened clip
Caribbean Rose wood handle
tooled leather sheath/by me/way to big for knife IMO! I'll know better next time

By the way, I will not try a mirror finish again. I do not like it and it was time consuming, and it still needed a ton of work!
 
I like knife #1 quite a bit. Knife #2 I think the handle is too blocky, and the grind lines look kinda washed out. But I'm being critical. Those are fantastic looking knives. Mirror finishes are great for safe knives, not so much for users....and they are a PITB to do!
 
I appreciate the input. I want critical, that's why I posted here. I think you are right about the handle and the grind lines! It feels good in the hand though. When hand sanding on the blade my lines disappeared. I guess I was all over the place while sanding?
