This is my first completed knife. I made it for a friend who is an avid hunter. He gave me the antler shed from a Minnesota white-tail. I used 1084 from Aldo, and HT with JTKnives. I want to express my gratitude to the BF community for all of the advice and inspiration. I learned a lot -- mostly to be methodical. I also learned that you can't fix some errors without introducing more (possibly greater) errors. Feel free to leave feedback. I feel humbled to leave my neophyte work among some of yours on this forum.

You appear to have done a fine job. It would be nice to see more clear pics and the dimensions

Thanks gents -- I can get some more pics. Getting the pics right (or close to it with a camera phone and zero understanding of photography) is only getting in the way of my knife making habit! :)

Very nice work. My one issue is the flat of the blade maybe extended too far. Hows the tip?

Very valid issue. I couldn't get the tip finished to my satisfaction. You're seeing the difference in grits, but the tip seems good. Cosmetically, i wish it appeared less extended as well.

Thank you Stacy. Pretty badass to hear that from you. You helped me so many times via this forum.
