1st post and first esee (candiru)

Just ordered the grey micarta scales. Excited to get some more grip. Think I'm warming up to this little gem already

I will. I think I want to keep this knife but I know I already want an izula 2 with custom belt sheath. Maybe I can sell or trade my zt 0350. Is this what crack heads feel like lol

Got the scales in today. Really transforms this knife! Much surer grip. Looks better. Money well spent I recommend anyone thinking about a candiru to factor these into the price! Can wait for my izula to get here.

Told you!

:D

I'm glad it pleases you as it did for me. Esee really offer some intelligent well made and designed products. Use it in good health!

Just got the G10 scales for a friend who carries a Candiru. Haven't heard yet how well he likes them but my guess is he will. The guy has grizzly bear paw hands.

She looks great, bro!

Candiru is quite tempting, allthough I am more a traditional knife guy. I have on question: how does it slice? The blade stock is thick, but the flat grind might help the cutting.

Wish it was shiny and had wood scales, though. With this price I could try to make some modifications. The shape of these handle scales is simple so it would be easy to make my own.

Honestly because of the thickness if your cutting alot of cardboard and the like you might be better off with something thinner. That being said it's done fine for me so far

Just a word of caution, we seem to have taken quite the same path for starting...

(sorry for the less-than-stellar pix).
What are the two directly above the Sebenza? I really like the finish on their handles.

They're done by a British (no offence intended to anyone) named Shing. The models are Damascus Dreadnought and the Mini Dreadnought. They are built like styled bank vaults, and well worth the wait. However, just so you know, the "finish" on the Mini is one of scratches and nicks earned by a life of unmoderated use and abuse. I'll try to snag some better pics when I'll be home tonight.

Cool, ok two more (you have excellent taste sir!). The one above the ZT0350 and then second one down right side, what is it and what are the scales?

Dudes at work were making fun of my candiru. Calling it small and cute. I batoned a 2x4 in half. Shut em up pretty quick ;)

No, there are rehab centers for crack heads. We just suffer.

Hi, my name is Mac, and I just bought another knife.
