Well said, thank you. If it cuts as good as the BM 710 I carry now then I'll be happy. Not sure if that helps you help me . It won't be abused much but it will be doing general utility each day and I'd like it to be tough if I needed it to be
 
The Manix 2 in 154cm should cut as well as the 710. All the ones that I've handled were comparable at least. At any rate, for utility used, I'd pick the 154cm based on the hollow grind.
