Good friends are worth keeping, and remember to never change who you are in order to do something else.

Thanks for the chance.

Way cool of you, congrats on 2K posts!

My Grandfather always told me: "If you are going to do something stupid, just be sure to do only one stupid thing at a time."

and my friend always says "is the f***ing your getting worth the f***ing your getting?"

2K, congrats!
All the gooduns have been quoted so I'll share something that I've just recently realised:

No matter what you might have thought, when you are a father yourself you realise that your dad has always loved you.

the most important thing is to have the mind set on living healthy, if you dont it will only last a few days. Just get good suport group and stick to it.

Thank you for the chance. Congrats

Take the time to do something for yourself every once and awhile, and don't forget others as well. Both will make you very happy

always think about another person's side of the story, for you are only one person, and there is always another point of view. thanks for the opportunity, im in.

Drink lots of water instead of juice or soda and eat rye bread if you get hungry for a snack.

There's always light at the end of the tunnel, so keep your chin up and take one step at a time. Better days are just ahead.

Thank you for your generosity.

If you have something to say to someone, say it, no matter what they may think.

Thank you for the chance!

Thank you for the chance. I have a couple things to share:

Be nice to a complete stranger every day. One random act of kindness can literally change someone's life. It has the power to inspire them to pay it forward in some way. This will make the world a better place, one interaction at a time.

The second is enjoy everything in life. There are things that we all "wish" we could do. Make some sort of small effort to move closer to those things. Be it making knives, learning a new language or skill, or travelling somewhere. It is in our own hands. Be humble. One of the bet things people can take away from an interaction with you and the most remembered things is humility.

Nice gesture...

I like Proverbs 27:17: "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another"

In other words, bring out the best in each other.

Just keep moving...you won't keel over dead so quick if you do.:)
Thanks for the chance.
