Here is a 'Lanny's Clip" rendition by John Lloyd. Custom handmade slipjoint folder,hafted in good looking,well matched India Sambar stag.The knife is 4-1/8" closed,7.25" open. It has a blade of 3-1/8" with 2-7/8" of cutting edge. Blade & spring are 52100 carbon. Hollow ground,crescent nail pull & a cut in swedge. SS liners are mill relieved. Inlaid & pinned ss fish shield. SS bolster has that nice beveled front seems to be a signature move by John these days I love it. Pull is a 5+ to 6-ish smooth & snappy & firm,can be pinched too.. Nice thin ,tight knife ,with fantastic fit & finish ,and , walk 'n' talk . Spring is flush in all half stop positions,blade closed,a hair off center,no rub.
