3 VCM Handcrafted knives....
I have a steak,aka mini chef,aka utility....
And 2 parers.
Blades are ss by Dexter U.S.A.
Blackwood knives have 3/32" ss pins
Maple has 3/32" nickel pins
The steak is 7-7/8" OAL with 4" cutting edge
Parers are 6-7/8" OAL with 3" cutting edge
The maple is gorgeous,book matched,stabilized ,quarter sawn maple burl $old
Blackwood Steak is full figured blackwood $old
Blackwood parer is primo full figured $old
A little snow today,again. Indoor pics. The blackwood is gorgeous take my word.
Each knife has Paypal fee & shipping figured in So for multiples pm me I guess
I take U.S. Postal M.O. too
The handles on these are finished out by hand by me. These 3 have a new style on the blade spine steel you'll like.
