I would like to extend a big Thank You to all ,for everything.
Before I list a couple,I'd like to mention a few knives on my site, that remain unsold.
I have 3 knives from Pat Doyle. These are very clean, super heavy duty, unique ,with very attractive asking prices.
I have two fillets from Dale Howe. These knives are ground razor thin, super duty scalpel like slicers.
EDC slipjoints from Jerry Halfrich (1 *Now Sold*) , and Ken Erickson (1) Reasonable offers considered.
I have a nice selection of John Lloyd slipjoints and I'd like to extend a sale on two
"Ivory Micarta Swayback "
"Stag Slim trapper"
These two could be had for $200. ea. U.S. Postal M.O.
Please feel free to contact me with inquiries/orders,Thank You
OK so first knife I'll list today
I call this the "Steak" It could be used as just that,a steak knife, butI think it'd also be a wonderful kitchen utility/food prep knife. Somewhere in size in between a small French chef and a paring knife.
It is 7-7/8" OAL,Blade is 4-1/8" with 4" of cutting edge 1/16" slicer thickness
The blade I use here is a SS Dexter Russell U.S.A. These are a step up from the Dexter International line.
They take a good edge rather easily & hold it great. Just a great all arounder. 1/8" nickel pins & some nice bookmarked cocobolo. I get a nice tight fit,the handle is finished out to a 600+ grit finish. Blade has a factory machine finish.
