2.5" Wharncliff

Some of the great responses in the thread about ~3.5" Wharncliff blades got me thinking (again) about a small (<2.5") Wharncliff gent's folder for office carry. Frank Dilluvio's "gent's ultra-thin"might be what I'm looking for. Any other suggestions?

The closest thing I can think of would be the Kershaw Mini Task. I know that it is really about 2.7" but its overall length is around 6.5" which makes it look very small and non-threatening, just don't be blatant with the speed safe mechanism.

The Case Mini Copperhead (#283 62109Wss) in natural bone is nice traditional folder with a wharncliff blade.

The CRKT P.E.C.K comes to mind. Very small, under 2" and made of AUS6.

dsvirsky did not say anything about production. Here is one by Gordon Bishop. This one has a 3" blade of BG42 but he could do any size you want.

All dressed up, full filework. Who could be intimidated by this?

Bo,
Very nice, and very close to the sort of thing I'm looking for -- not that I have anything against production knives (own quite a few of them). There are actually a number of knifemakers who have really nice Wharncliff designs in the 3" range, but I'm specificially looking to stay just barely under 2.5". And hoping not to have to defer gratification while waiting for it to be built.

Every now and then I think about asking Darrel Ralph if he'd be interested in building one in S90V, with slotted carbon fiber scales.
