Beautiful. What kind of bluing was used? Cold blue?

Wow! I tried to picture the horn handle not highly polished, but the satin finish really does look nice.

I may try this. Brownells was touting Oxpho-blue for a few years, but lately they have been pushing the Birchwood Casey Perma Blue gun kits. Or, there is the white vinegar trick someone else mentioned (?)

Hey Svashtar, you can get the Birchwood Casey stuff over at Trigger Hill on South Main next to Round Table Pizza...I have not bought it all yet
