Up for sale are two knives I just finished. I haven't had the sheaths made for these yet, I thought I'd let the buyer decide what he wants. I have a piece of rattlesnake skin I thought would make a nice inlay on the sheaths. I'll include a picture of a similar sheath with the inlay

Both are hollow ground from the same piece of 3/16" damascus from Brad Vice. They are 12" overall, and 6 1/4" blade length along cutting edge.

One has stabilized maple burl handles with red spacers, and 5" of filework in a double thorn vine pattern.

The other has stabilized and dyed spalted maple burl handles with red spacers, and also 5" of filework in a vine pattern.

Both are secured by three 1/4" stainless handle screws, and a 1/4" stainless lanyard tube

The price on these is $210 shipped with a tooled leather sheath, or $230 for a tooled leather with rattlesnake inlay sheath

knife is spf to roswald

I take paypal at coolhandluke4@juno.com, postal money orders, or trade in junk silver coin.

Post, pm, or e-mail with questions.
Thanks!
Luke Smith

Taking the light colored one off the market, noticed a very small 1/4" place where it looks like a layer of the nickel flaked off, and the glue joint around the back on one side is 1/16", not anything that affects performance, will probably sell it discounted as a second

the light one is sold, I took it to the blade show with me and showed it to Brad Vice from Alabama Damascus, and one of his guys liked it so much he bought it.

Just got the sheath back from my sheath guy, the sheath he made turned out awesome, the inlay is Timber Rattlesnake local to SC (not killed for it's hide, the guy I get snakeskin from only takes snakes that have been hit in the road) here are pics, price is $230

Pirate's knives arrgh!
I like how you left enough meat on the spine of the blade.
My own personal knife is this size w/ plenty of meat left on the spine for prying/sturdyness/pounding, etc.
