Great looking knives, Butch. Quick (silly) question--

The second knife...the grind near the edge is the core, not some sort of scandi grind, correct? I realize it's probably a lighting issue, but just want to be sure.

yep thats the cpm10v core its been etched in fecl for contrast it is a flat grind (as is the deker dammy blade )

Butch, I have been considering buying the buckeye burl and am wondering how much weight the handle has.

Love the blades on these.

Hi Butch, I met you at the Easton show. I traded a couple of Browne & Sharpe Digitals for an awesome combat knife with the burlap and resin handlle. How much for both of the knives?

the blades total out at 111 gram (Ti guard )and 128 gram
this was the test batch of burlsource and while lighter then some blocks i have used it is just as stable as any wood i have worked
i have been told that he will be leaving more of the resin in the wood for cureing (extr mass )
