This wharny style knife is forged from 3/16" thick clay-quenched 1095 high carbon steel. The blade is flat ground, has a steep bevel on the spine and a hand-rubbed finish. The knife has an open lanyard hole behind scales of removable black kydex fastened with Chicago screws. The knife is 7 5/8" overall 2 7/8" cutting edge with a comes with a cross-draw kydex sheath with removable belt loop.

I received the drop point of these two blades today.

As we always say, much nicer in the hand than in the pictures

This will make a great all purpose blade for me. the handle with finger choil and humback makes a secure grip,and should work well for a variety of tasks.

I am also impressed with the whole package as it arrived.....Knife came inside a quality padded "Ace" case zipper pouch with the kydex sheath slipped in the belt loops on the outside of the case. also included was their Mountain Hollow business card with all the knife specs neatly printed on the back and this card was laminated, perfect for future identification of this blade and its maker
