That first knife is gorgeous! Love the lines, they just flow so nicely! Very nice work! The 2nd knife I love as well but I am not sure what you use it for? I am new to the whole knife world so please forgive my ignorance? Again, the lines are so smooth and flowing, just awesome!

Thank you for the compliments! the small Dashi knife is made for very fine tasks. I believe originally designed by the Japanese as a carving/utilitarian knife. I have one that I used last night to butcher 10 meat chickens, skinned, gutted and butchered all ten without having to stop and sharpen. Good little knife I love them, make them all the time for around the house and shop, plus they are fun to make.

Since I wasn't able to jump on one of these. I plan on trying to get ahold of you in the near future to have a Beta 5 hopefully made.

I usually. Skin them, its easier anyhow, just peel em like a glove:) when I pluck I usually just dunk em in boiling water first then pluck.

That Beta 5 sure is nice, good to see you putting more knives up here Jake.

Hay mykel, I'm good man:) had so many orders as of late I haven't been able to out anything up on he forums for sale. I started giving my self more time so I can work on my own projects now, so keep looking for new stuff:) folders have Ben the name of the game for the last couple months.

Jake! That Beta 5 Rocks!!! I would like to see that blade in a 4. " framelock with the same drop Profile connecting to the handle! Sweet!!!!

I received the Dash. I like it. It is light and small I barely even know it is there. At the same time it is easy and comfortable to handle. Thank you.
