Heya folks- here's what I've got-

Himalayan Imports 18 inch WW2- Horn handle, Made by Bura as I recall, and rubbed with the "magic rock" to make it impossible to break. I aint so sure about this magic rock business, but I am pretty sure the knife can survive anything short of a direct hit from a mortar. :D The horn is very, very nice and it has the nicest karda I've seen with a khuk as well. Overall it's in great shape.

next is an 18 inch Sirupati with the initials "KM" on it. Also has a horn handle. Very nicely made, and very agile- nice for carrying, and does a pretty decent job in machete or wood chopping duty. It seems a bit more pointy than most Sirupatis I've seen. Once again, in overall great shape.

Both knives have been briefly tested and then cleaned, rebuffed, sharpened, and hung back on the wall.

I'm hurtin' pretty badly for a Cherokee Rose right now, and that's about all I'm currently interested in trading for. If the money fairy magically appears during the night both of these will be pulled off the trade block. :D

If anyone's interested, drop me an email at gcs2inak@hotmail.com

Thanks for looking!

LOL! I believe "Magic Stone" is what they call the powdered rock that is used for the final polish. The "magical" property is imparting the mirror finish.

I wish I had a rose to trade you...of course, I wouldn't want to trade it...

Yup, I think I might have nullified the "magic stone finish" with some 2000 grit sandpaper and a tube of Flitz, but if anyone needs a Khukuri to protect themselves against Demons, Vampires, Sasquatches and Voodoo Priestesses they still might wanna consider it. :D

Whoa! Slow down on all the offers guys! Hotmails threatened to drop my account if my inbox becomes any more inundated with emails! :D

Still available, BTTT, yada, yada...

Luckily for me, these two khuks aint eatin' nuthin'...matter of fact, they look mighty fine hangin' beside my bed... :D

*yawn* anyhoo....bump...
