I have been making tapper tang hunters like this. One or two for each show. They are fun to make. And it helps to have some low doe knives on the table. one amber stag the other is buffalo. witch handle do you like better. with or without finger notch. Thanks for looking

without a doubt, I like the one with the stag, because it's stag, and the finger notch I think is a better design for its intended use. I like the pattern in the forge welding better on the other one though.
Since you asked!:D

I like them. In my opinion most of the damascus I have seen of yours seems to have your own recognizable style.

Your damascus never disappoints.
Sweet functional hunters.
Finger grove? OK, not crazy about it.

What are they about 7 - 7.5" OAL?
Nice little back pocket carries with the right sheath.

Kevin they are just under 9" I do have a sweet little side carry amber stage with sheath 8". I should have a big knife done soon. see you then thanks all

I like the buffalo one better. Not sure why.

However I wouldn't turn my nose up at either! :D
