Hello, I have a dark gray, IPod. It is an 8 gig, 3rd gen, nano. Works perfectly and has about 1000 songs on it(legally downloaded of course). It doesn't have any scratches that I can notice. It has a case that clips to your waistband, or anywhere else you want.

The iPod cost $SOLD(no charging cord included)

It has a huge variety. I haven't pruchased any songs in the last 5 years so it's mainly older stuff. Mainly pop, rock, classic rock, classical, opera, motown, r&b, but no rap or heavy metal. And if for some reason you wanted all the songs taken off the device I could do that for you.
 
I wouldn't want them removed, I'd be more interested in seeing the playlist.
