Offering 2 beautiful John Lloyd knives in excellent sambar stag. I've been dragging my feet in posting this since good stag seems far and few these days. Both knives were purchased from 2 very active and seasoned collectors here on BF. Both have been carried and gently used (opening mail only). As a result, very small usage marks can be seen if examined closely.
The shadow trapper stag is lightly Amber in color and has a very small scratch (came this way when I purchased it) on the pivot pin. Some very faint usage marks can be found if you look hard but the knife is in excellent condition. Very snappy walk and talk with about a 5 pull. I can pinch open the blade if I so choose. Knife is 3.5 inches closed. Steel is not stamped on the blade but if I had to guess its 154 cpm. Price $sold firm add 3% if using PayPal.

The wharncliffe trapper also has beautiful, natural colored sambar stag with great texture. This is an older knife as indicated by the "Lometo" stamp on the blade. There is a very small gap between the scale and bolster (came this way when I purchased it). There is also the smallest freckling of pitting on the spring. The steel is 52100 as indicated on the blade. As a result, slight pitting occurs in this steel. Very snappy walk and talk on this knife and blade is easy to pinch open. 3.5 inches closed. Price $250 firm add 3% if using PayPal

Both knives were sent to forum member Jason B for sharpening and came back scary sharp with a polished edge. I'm super impressed with his sharpening abilities. Both knives haven't been carried in many months. Prior to storage, I treated the stag scales with Formby's lemon oil (a method used by the Bose/Wilfred works guys). Please PM me with any questions or if any additional pictures are needed. Thanks!
I reserve the right to sell to whom I choose. All international buyers will pay for shipping.

Is the Wharncliffe still available? Post says SPF, comments say still available. If still available, what is the price?
Thank you.
