Number 1-- This is a Japanese style slicer. It'd be perfect for slicing brisket or any other meats in the kitchen. It's forged from Aldo's W-2 tool steel. It features a Burmese Blackwood wa-style handle with a single pin construction. The blade is 2mm at the thickest and measures 6" long. The overall knife is 11". The blade also features a kuro-uchi finish and is razor sharp and ready for work. Special price of $sold
Number 2-- This is a San Mai Wa-Petty/utility. It features a W-2 steel core with 416 stainless steel cladding. The handle is Texas Ebony that features a symmetrical blonde streak on both sides. The OAL is 7.5" and the blade length is 3.5". The blade also features a forged finish, is razor sharp, and ready for work. Special price of $75.
