Okay I want to try and sell these together. Sorry no trades. Here’s the story on both. Each has seen light use, no disassembly, and only a few swipes on white honing rod.
The CF/Magnacut has one of the most picky pivots ever. Either really drop shut with side to side, or shake shut with no play, and it’s a fine line. Also the screw becomes very firm to adjust at the no play level. I almost thought BM used red thread locker at first, but threads were clean and not cross threaded. It’s very weird.
On the Cru-Wear, it has the tiniest of lock rock unless crossbar really seats well. It’s never failed but it is a thing. I haven’t tried the stop pin trick on it. Who knows maybe that’ll fix it.
