This is my first for sale post here and I’ve got 2 mini-bushcraft neck knives for sale. Both are 1/8” O1 and 6 inches long with different handle treatments. Both are shaving sharp and would make a good strong back-up to your primary bush knife. Blades are 400 grit hand finish. As you can see in one pic, I scorched the G10 on the second one and it didn’t sand out. It doesn’t affect function and hopefully I will go slower next time. The burl on #2 looks better in person; i may try an outside pic tomorrow. Sheaths are hot-oiled with beeswax and include leather lace neck strap. Specs are below the pics.

Number 1 (left)
Steel: 1/8”O1 Heat treat in propane forge, triple tempered at 450 degrees
Blade length: 2.5”, flat grind
Overall length: 6”
Handle: osage orange scorched and BLO finish, 0.090 black G10 liners
Pins: 1/8” 416 stainless pin and 1/4” 416 stainless tube
Sheath: 8-9 oz. hand sewn leather neck sheath, leather thong

Number 2 (right)

Handle: stabilized burl (walnut?) , 0.090 white G10 liners
Pins: 4-1/16” 416 stainless pins and 1/4” 416 stainless tube
Sheath: 8-9 oz. hand sewn leather neck sheath, leather thong
Price: $45 Shipped Con US. PayPal or Postal money order

If these knives are half as nice as the one I got from Randy, you guys are going to be pleased. Mine is O1, thicker, longer, hunting knife. It gutted, skinned, quartered, and partially boned out a deer last year (had to use some other knives for some of the detailed work), and would still shave arm-hair afterwards.

I'm really looking forward to getting this knife. It's just the style I like, and hopefully the mail gods will smile on me and I can take this knife camping with me this weekend.
 
I can do a scandi on these. I don't have any more neck knives made right now but I do have the correct size O1 in the shop if you're interested.

yes very intersted in one. they really look amazing. i like the one on the right. Do you want payment when the knifes done or before. Would you be able to make the cord extra long? If not that's cool thanks randy

Randy, if you start selling that other pattern you showed me, let me know. Either thickness, but especially the thinner one (1/8"?).
 
Got mine today, and I've been fooling around with it a lot. Shaving sharp, great fit and finish, amazing sheath, perfect size for small work and the belly is such that I could probably use it for skinning. Awesome knife! Thanks Randy!

I have had my knife for over a week now and have to say I am very impressed with it. You won't go wrong with one of Randy's knives. I know I will certainly end up with more of his.

got one of Randy's neckers yesterday. It's actually an anniversary gift for my sweetie, she needed a neck blade, but I liked it so much Randy is gettig/ me another. It's a sweet, practical tool that I'm sure will be usde for many tasks......great job Randy!
 
Great bushcraft knife even though its small fits in the hand well. I love the sheath great quality and fits very well
