Actually no; I talked to Rod about the hole and he explained its use...I opted not to have the hole, but it does have a legitimate purpose.

You know, ever since I saw the first pictures of the Spyderco Bushcraft, I thought, "that looks like a good knife...because it looks exactly like all bushcraft knives look."
Granted I am not a collector of anything so the act of collecting has no appeal for me. But I do get a kick out of the fact that lots of guys seem to be salivating over this thing...why? It's going to work exactly like any of about a dozen knives we all know and own on this forum!
I am not down on this knife or Spyderco at all...but it's hard for me to get excited about a Honda Civic...now available not only in turqoise, but also in TEAL!!! You know?
