2 new knives I just found and have no idea about their origin

First knife came out the tool box of my Dads truck. Appears to be a lead and wood handle Butcher knife?

The second was a $3.00 purchase at Goodwill, appears to be a boning knife with no identifying marks.
It was new, but I actually use it.

Both have carbon steel blades.

Any help in identifying or how old they are would be appreciated.

Now to see if I can get the pictures downloaded.

Guessing they are from the 70s or 80s. If they don't have maker's marks they are likely cheaper knives out of China/Pakistan or somewhere like that.
