I made a slender knife and a folding knife. The slender knife is mounted like a kaiken, over the kogatana size and proportions, but still ground like one. I just really like the look of the grind starting a little ways down the edge (I think I have made rolf's knife by accident!). The folding knife was my first shot at shinogi/shobu zukuri geometry, and I didn't realize that I needed round stones to get the slight dip at the end of the shinogiji! Whoops!
14cm blade, 22.5 cm overall w/sheath. It's geometry is like kata kiriha zukuri, except the edge starts a little after the hamachi.
9 cm edge, 20 cm open, 16 closed. I gave it accents of a tanto, like the munemachi.
