I have a pair of " JUDSON CUTLERY CO" vintage scissors and a pair of "F.KOELLER & CO" vintage scissors.
(The "F.KOELLER" scissors are on the left and the "JUDSON" scissors are on the right in the picture.)
Both are in very good shape and rust free. The pivot screw on both pair is tight and smooth. Both pair of scissors have nick-free cutting edges. However, the "F.KOELLER" scissors does have a tiny burr on the very tip of the blade. Both pair have a very nice patina. The " JUDSON CUTLERY CO" has developed a blue/purple tinge on the handles. Both pair cut very well. Both pair have a soft sleeve for storage.(Not original to the scissors)
