This knife has spent a couple months in a pro kitchen for testing.

245 mm edge
51mm tall
Maple burl and buffalo horn wa handle

Price $350. (price reflects used condition)

Got a great patina already and is very very sharp. the edge has been repolished/sharpened up to 10k on a JNat

90/10 right handed edge

190mm edge
48mm tall
A little under 2mm thick at the heel

Very nice knives, some get turned off when you do not list them in "Inches" as they have no idea, or want to convert MM to "inch" It may make a difference in your sales, Best to you on your sale.

245mm is just over 9 1/2" (I list chef's knives in metric as it's kind of the industry standard)
