Really? That's so weird. I literally went to the last knife works drop, because I get first dibs on their CRK drops... and there were several double lug models. Try not to be so defensive it makes you seem silly. They are not factory and anyone can see that. Here are some pictures of double factory lugs. Your knife was purchased with double then someone swapped them out.

I'm not being defensive at all. I asked how you knew. Because the box the brand new knife came in says double lugs... even though one guy says crk doesn't do double lugs... si I guess I'm confused. Not at all defensive though. I do learn whatever I don't know as I go...
 
Thats not what he said. He said they only have one lug design not just one lug. CRK sells both one lug and double lug but they all have the same design. Yours are different.

One or two lugs are both available yes, but the design (shape) on each individual lug is the same.

Kettlemann matters a great deal as a respected member of this forum. He is correct, those are aftermarket lugs on your knife. Whoever purchased it needs to know that information. He was only trying to help and you showed us all your true colors. That’s how it looks to me…
