Large Scottish-style Dirk by J. Nowill & Sons, Sheffield, England
Ok, so not exactly "production, " but it is a fixed blade:
~ Blade length is 11"; overall length is 17"
~ High carbon blade (determined from research)
~ Stag horn handle with crown on pommel
~ Comes with leather sheath (unknown of it's original to the knife, but it fits very snug)
~ Handle, pommel, and guard are all rock solid - no wiggle or looseness at all
I'm getting conflicting information on this one -- the research I did indicated that this was an 1860's piece, but others have indicated that is more likely a much more modern piece -- so I am selling it "as is."
I am asking: $175.00 --> $150.00 o.b.o.
Price includes USPS Priority Insured shipping within the States; payment by Paypal or USPS Money Order.
If interested, please email or PM me through the Forum.
Thanks for looking, now here are some sub-standard cell phone pix:

Here's a better pic of the patina on the blade:

And here are some better pics outside (as you can see, blade still has a lot or "mirror" to it, even with the patina):
