so as i make knives for orders and for my retailers i make sure to make extras for shows and for if i mess up and need a back up. of these 2 one was part of a batch but i made it t short and ther other was a back up blade that i found time to finish. both are for sale
both blades are XHP stainless steel and belt finished with 3/32 spine thickness. the blades are tapered as they get to the tip an
the parer is slightly hollow ground and has cocobolo handles. the blade is 3 inch long 3/4 tall at the heel over all length is 6 and 7/8th
asking price is 135 $
the small chef/ tall utility had claro burl handle (stabilized by K&G ) and a blade length of 6.5 inches and about 11.5 over all the blade hight at the heel is 2and 1/16
