2 Sheets Vintage White Ivory Micarta

Aloha Gang,

Picked up a bunch of this years ago and used up all I thought I had... and found these last two sheets looking for something in the shop...

One sheet is 12" square and the other about 11 1/2 x 12".... they are both 3/8ths thick...

Twin stripes on one is crisp... and other a bit mottled....

Beautiful dense material with great color....

I made a few projects without the stripes by carefully cutting it down the center between the stripes....

Also took a pic where you can see a very short split where I dropped it accidentally... it took a really hard drop in the laminate on the dark stripe area...

I got 5-6 scales out of each sheet and double that if I split them....

Did a quick sand to 600 on the edge so you would see it how it finishes....

Great material that you don't see very often...

Sorry I missed this one! Would love to get my hands on some of that great Micarta!
 
Damnit Craig, didn't I send you an email asking if you had any vintage micarta you were going to sell? :P At least John got it.
