Oh man, wish I had seen this in time, but I doubt I could have beat vxd's 3-minute mark. Chris, that 2nd knife is just perfect, & with my favorite stainless too....wow, just perfect. Hey Chris, is the blade measurement supposed to be 3.25" maybe?...just seems like it may be a typo based on the pics, but maybe it's just an angle thing.
