This neck knife is a full tang smaller Carter Cutlery pattern, blade just under 2.7" cutting length.
A thin slicer with a spine just under .090 thick. Pernambuco handles, white liners.
Pernambuco is commonly used on musical instruments and my understanding is this is not a common wood for knife handles.

This knife is forged and heat treated in a water quench and then tempered by me to a hardness RC about 62+.
Peened brass pins. Tapered tang. Comes with (grey) kydex neck carry sheath.
This is a lightweight utility knife with a good feel to it.

This knife is the first one I’m selling with a stamped maker’s mark
flat grind , raw forged finish,
hand sharpened on Japanese water stones.

Overall – 6.5”
Asking Price: $125 SOLD
Payment is via check, PayPal or money order. This is listed elsewhere for sale
Free priority mail shipping in U.S. International is ok, shipping to be quoted

Thanks for looking.

Looking good Harbeer! It has that vintage look to it that screams to be used. Congrats on getting your shop all set up and getting some product out on the forum.

For anyone interested, Harbeer is a great guy to deal with. Don't hesitate to check out his work.

nice carter design. Hitachi!

(and apparently pernambuco is used in wooden bows and has a high "Shear strength compared to similar woods"...cool)

adding this one

Aviator model with harpoon. I like this because it raises the tip and give a little more cutting edge.
I made it a soft harpoon transition.

The ironwood is quite brilliant with some chatoyance I've not seen before in ironwood.

This is a deeper blade at 1.12” high
Spine just under an 1/8” just in front of the handle.
Handle thickness at .67 and tapers. A little beefier than a slim handle neck knife.
Overall 7.25”
Tang tapers to less than .05
1/8" Brass peened pins

And now for the ugly, the back side of the blade in middle has an errant hammer mark across the middle of the bevel grind. It disrupts the symmetry but doesn’t hurt functionally. I was hesitant to list this for sale but the ironwood is so nice and perhaps someone will love the errant hammer mark look. Any serious interest, contact me and I’m happy to send you a picture of the backside of the knife.
I’m asking for a modest $105 due to the hammer mark defect.
