I've been using a rubber band. The wife cleared me for a new MT-G...so away this one goes. A new set of straps is about $10, and is all that's needed if it even bothers you.
2) Louis Bolle automatic
*Only problem-unglued date frame*
I wore this too much while playing out in the sun, and the date frame came unglued some how. The watch otherwise is fantastic. It's sporting a replacement strap, as the signature strap wouldn't fit me. All that needs to be done for this one is a jeweler to open the case and reglue/reseal her.
Both of these babies were worn, and worn a lot. They have normal wear and tear, and as such are being handed to you to wear. These are not collector pieces by any means, but they run, and run well.
I have a Benchmade 530 up for grabs as well...and can do all/part trade +or- $ for whatever. I'm pretty easy and open to a lot of things; just try me.
