$200 Shopping Spree

Ok, so the question is one or many, tactical-style folder? If I had a $200 I would probably buy a little of everything (fixed blade, kitchen knives, gent's folder, bigger work folder) but it seems you have something in mind. G10, easy to carry, good ergos, smaller than the Military. OK! How about the ...

1) G10 Cara Cara? Everyone's favorite bang-for-the-buck knife, a hair shorter and smaller than the Military. Locks up like nobody's business. Never heard of anyone that was disappointed by the Byrds. ($25-30)

2) Kershaw Junkyard Dog II? About the same size as a Byrd lengthwise but a little wider, great looks, great ergos, great flipper action. ($50)

3) Kershaw Spec Bump? Speedsafe, S30V, Studlock, Sexy. ;) ($120)

4) Waved Endura? It's FRN, but with VG-10 if you like that, hardened to Rc 55-57 instead of 59-61 of the Caly 3, but also a lot cheaper. Or you could get a knife (like the Cara Cara) waved by STR.

I've heard many good recommendations of the performance of the Fallknivens and Al Mar Seres (less common recent years) but I haven't personally handled any of them so I can't say. But the Fallknivens favor the nail nick, which really bothers me.

P.S. Forgot to mention, that if I really got $200 the first thing I would do is buy a balisong.
... The BM Morpho is in G10! :D :D :D

Get yourself a kershaw Mini Cyclone with the ZDP-189 blade, and titanium handles. THAT is a GREAT knife!!

I wish I had your problem :)

I'd either do one of these:
Buck Mayo TNT
Kershaw Ti Bump
Kershaw Offset
One of the more affordable Zero Tolerance models

Or mix and match two from this list:
Buck Strider 880
SOG Tomcat III
Buck Strider 882
-plus-
Kershaw JYD II
Kershaw Cyclone
