Well it only took me 7 1/2 years to get here, but I finally did. So.... It`s Contest Time! We are going to go with your favorite outdoor picture with your knife in it. Only one entry per person The contest starts at 3 pm Central time today, and ends at 3 pm Central time November 26th. The winner will be announced on Sunday, November 30th. That will give the judges (my wife and daughters) time to pick the winner. Oh yeah, the prize;) The prize will be a Baby Kephart designed by our own C Bryant. It`s got a 2 1/4" blade, 5" overall, 3/4" tall, made out of 3/32" O1 steel. I`ll even let the winner pick the handle material he wants. Sorry, no pics of it yet, but it will be perfect for your PSK.

This is one of my favorite pics. Its my screensaver on my computer. Took it on an overnighter I did not long ago. The knife is my JK test blade. Its one of my favorite utility blades. Takes a lickin and keeps on tickin. It was made by one of the greatest men in the world. Good lookin fella too. Kindest gentilest soul I have ever met........;)

I just want to thank your wife and daughter for putting up with your neglect of them as you spend so much time making knives for us knuckleheads. I know it must be heartbtreaking being away from those two beautiful women in your life while you are grinding knives John. Thank you for your tremendous sacrafice and we appreciate it:thumbup:

Well, after that sympathetic, emotional, pathos-based sililoque, I don't stand much of a chance, but I'll try it anyway. By the way, I don't have one of your knives yet :D. Congrats on the 2000, and thank you for the amazing oppertunity.

Tough decisions (I don't have a custom yet,so a lot is riding on this) but I'm going with this one; over a year old but it has something about it:
