2003 benchmade prototype NOS new in box "SOLD"

This is a 2003 prototype as stamped, Also stamped 960 which is the model #. Talk about rare, there were only 15 of these made. This has a D2 blade and has NEVER been carried. the black is carbon fiber. The Axis lock type ensures safety during use, while the aluminum handle with black inlays provides a sturdy grip. This knife is an original Benchmade model, made in the United States.This came from a salesman of Benchmade who had this in his attic since last year. I have had it in the box on my shelf. Look them up on e-bay. they are not as rare as this one. Check the picture and it says prototype. In small #'s is 960. The camera did not picture it good enough. Took my a magnifier to make it out.
