05/2006 Ultratech see pictures. Has never failed to fire, works wonderfully. Could definitely use a sharpen Pocket clip is heavily warn and the blade shows wear as well. Price $165 Shipped

I wasn't the first owner, I can say I had it sharpened once by Richard J several years ago but as far as how many times I have no idea.
